I used to absolutely hate and stress about going to the dentist, but since going to this clinic, I feel so relaxed and almost happy to go. Staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I've had a few issues with my teeth this year, and Dr Gemma has done an amazing job at fixing them, and even following up with phone calls to make sure I am comfortable and not in pain. Can not recommend Hinterland Dental Group enough- they are simply fantastic!
Gemma and the practice staff provided a warm welcome and faultless treatment with follow-up calls when I arrived as a new patient needing some work. There was an added bonus in reduced out-of-pocket costs due to Hinterland Dental's membership of the SMILE dental plan for which I qualified under my private health cover.
We're new to the area and registered with Hinterland on a friends recommendation. Lovely practice, very friendly staff (who were fab with my toddler while I filled out forms). Dr Gemma was very thorough and informative, and also great with my son. The TV above the dental chair is a great idea to distract kids. Highly recommend these guys.
What a wonderful dental practice! I attend Hinterland dental with my son and Dr Gemma is excellent. She is extremely patient and informative with my son, giving him good advice about his teeth. She has a brilliant way of explaining to kids how important it is to look after you teeth. She definitely makes a bigger impact on my son cleaning his teeth than i do! The kids corner is a good edition to the practice, my son wants to go early for his appointment to dress up!
From someone that hates going to the dentist these guys are actually amazing!! Needed quite a bit of work doing that iv put off with other dentists but after going to Hinterland I felt I could trust them to do a good job and they certainly didnt disappoint. So happy with my end results...cant recommended these guys enough!!!
